Typical MOQ is 5,000 pieces per size for blank sheets, and 2,000–3,000 pieces per SKU for finished shapes. Trial orders and sample lots below MOQ are negotiable — many of our long-term customers started with a small test shipment.

Yes. We provide samples from stock or make custom samples from your drawings. Samples are usually free; you cover the express shipping. Custom-made samples take 5–10 days depending on complexity.

Every piece is separated by foam interleaving, stacked with corner protectors, and loaded into wooden or plywood crates (ISPM-15 compliant where required) with moisture-barrier lining. Each packaging format is drop-tested before use. Average transit breakage stays below 0.5%, and breakage above the agreed rate is replaced free in your next shipment.

Standard lead time is 15–25 days after deposit, depending on quantity and coating type. We ship FOB Ningbo or Shanghai by default; CIF and DDP are available on request. Typical sea transit: 15–35 days to Latin America, 18–30 days to the Middle East, 7–15 days to Southeast Asia.

T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy) is standard. L/C at sight is accepted for large contracts. For established customers with a good track record, we can discuss flexible terms.

Our blanks are cut-to-size ready: score the glass on the reflective back side with a carbide or diamond wheel, snap along the score, then edge and bevel as needed. Because our blanks ship with sealed edges and stable thickness, they score cleanly with minimal chipping. If you're new to cutting, we can recommend wheel types and scoring parameters for your thickness.

Yes. Send us your sample or drawing: we measure the radius, match the coating color against master samples (ΔE controlled), and produce a confirmation sample for your approval before mass production.

Yes — your logo on the backing, printed inner boxes, barcodes and retail blister packing are all available. Minimum volumes apply for printed materials.

We are a manufacturer. Cutting, edging, curving, coating, silvering and inspection all happen in our own plant. You can verify by live video walkthrough or an on-site audit — both welcome.

Report with photos within 7 days of container arrival. Confirmed transit breakage above the agreed rate is replaced free in the next shipment; confirmed quality non-conformance is replaced or credited. We photograph every container before sealing so responsibility is always clear.
